I want a good quality knife that won’t break. The blade should be somewhere from 3"-5". Assisted opening. I have looked at a lot but I really want to make sure I am getting the best quality for my money.
A couple of weeks ago my roommate who is also my bestfriend and I went to one of our friends house for the weekend. At out friends house, my roommate got completely drunk and disrespected me and went to hit me. I told him about it and he apologized. Then when we got back to the dorms that sunday night everything between me and him were fine. He plays world of warcraft and that monday it the new expansion came out. He kept on playing it until 5 in the morning and i asked him to stop because his clicking on the mouse kept on waking me up. Then we got into another fight about him playing world of warcraft, but that fight blew over also. Then last week he was drinking in our room and he got a little too drunk. I had left the room and unpropped the door to the room b/c i was leaving to drive my friend to work. My roomate then called me up and was very upset with me over the phone b/c he wasntin the room when i unpropped the door and he got locked out. I told him i would be back in about 30 mins to unlock the door. Instead i came back sooner and unlocked the door and he got mad b/c i didnt tell him right away. Then later on that night we got into a huge yelling argument. Then I talk about him playing world of warcraft and i say to him, "if you keep playing world of warcraft until 5 am, then i am going to tap my keys on my desk while you are trying to sleep." Then he says to me, " if you do that, then im going to take a certain object and push it up against you to make sure you dont do it again." The object he was referring to was his pocket knife, which is not allowed in the dorms. I went to the resident advisor and told the resident advisor, who told the resident director. The resident director made me move out of my room and cut off all communication with him. The next morning i felt aweful about what had happened b/c he had gotten in big trouble b/c they found his pocket knife when they searched the room. I had told one of our mutual friends about the situation and he said i was probably more wrong than my roommate b/c i knew he wasnt going to actually go through with the threat. I had felt completley aweful about what happened. I felt so aweful that my friends thought i was going to commit suicide so the resident director called 911 and made me spend at around 12 hours locked in the psych ward at the hospital. After I was released, the resident director made me move out of the dorms. I then wrote my roommate a 4 page apology note and told him that i was sorry about everything. I didnt tell him though that the reason i got locked in the psych ward was b/c of what happened between him and me. He is still mad at me and doesnt want to be my roommate anymore once i get cleared to go back to the dorms. What should I do to get our friendship back, him and I were best friends and now we are not. I feel like everything that happened is my fault. Also the school is pending him for expulsion due to the threat and him having a weapon. What should i do or say to get our friendship back and make him want to talk to me and be my roommate again?
Well, I’m a writer and I’m stuck.
My character Danny is fighting a bully Shane with his friend Rose being held back by another bully Nick while another bully Tyler holds the dog that Danny has with him Cat that just happens to be a police dog. Danny and Shane started really fighting and after Danny gets a few good punches in, Shane yanks out his 3-inch pocket knife and stabs Danny in the stomach with it. After they realize what they’ve done Shane Nick and Tyler run off. Danny stumbles back and falls onto his back and pulls the knife out. Rose screams and drops next to him with Cat that’s whimpering and looking at his owner.
So, I’d like to know what would happen to him?

Well, I have a story going on and I need help with one scene that I’m at.
There’s this bully named Shane Thore and his victim Danny Woods and Danny’s friend Rose Saving. Shane makes Danny’s life miserable since Danny doesn’t really fit in with them at school. Danny has heterochromia which makes his eyes different colors, so the lefy eye is green and the right blue. Danny is adopted by his dad’s brother- but doesn’t know that. Danny has scars on his arms and one on his face from his old abusive step-dad Manny Jake. Manny got tired of Danny and asked his brother-in-law Zak Woods if he wanted him. Zak saw Danny’s condition and took him in.
Zak lives in a trailer and is a police officer and only 20 years old! I love him so much 
Shane knows that Danny’s adopted and lives in a trailer unlike him who’s rich and gets whatever he wants. He just doesn’t like Danny at all. Shane’s a foorball player and a straight-A student, so nobody would ever think he’d bully poor Danny, but he does.
So, it’s a Tuesday afternon and the final bell just rang so Danny found Rose and they started walking home and took a shorcut down an abandoned alley. Of course Shane and his friends, Nick Taylor and Tyler Werny, followed them there. So, Danny turns around and sees them and stops. Shane slams him against the wall and holds him there with on of his hands on his chest. Rose tries to jump in and help him, but Nick grabs her and keeps her away from Shane and Danny. Danny squirms away and they start swinging at each other. SO now Danny has a few cuts on his forhead and left cheek and the back of his head is slightly bleeding from the wall impact. He and Shane are eye and eye and Shane quickly puts his hand in his pocket, grabs the knife and flips the blade open and the nex thing Danny knows, it’s digging into his stomach. Rose screams and the boys run away, realizing what they did. Danny falls on his back and pulls the knife out of his stomach. It was about three inches long and really freakin’ sharp.
So, now for the question, what would happen after this? Best and worst case scenario, please?

Okay, so he is turning 19 on thursday. He told me to get him something cool to bring back to college and show his friends.
Facts:
He plays soccer on his school team
He once got this cool set of pocket knives and he likes those
He watches the tv show Friends with his friends
He goes to disneyland pretty often with his friends because his school is so close
He like video games
He works out all the time
He has a car
He likes to sit down in comfy chairs and such
He asked for good headphones (but the best kind can cost up to , which i cant really afford)
He wanted a suit (which my parents got him) to wear to dances and things with his girlfriend
He has a fridge and such for his dorm room at school
umm… some of that is random but i figure anything is helpful for ideas

My Ex Boyfriend Justin and I broke up, well, sorta had a big falling out in Feb. We had a very heated argument. I used to feel like My Ex Boyfriend was in some ways Crazy. He was very Charismatic, and handsome, but behind closed doors, I felt like he was micro-managing me, and It made our relationship go downhill fast. I broke things off without any closure from him, he tried to contact me but I ignored all his attempts.
My new boyfriend, And I are starting to have some major issues that’s beginning to make me feel depressed about. For example , my new boyfriend is Unemployed, and has apparently given up on work. I have to pay for everything out of my pocket. He lives with his mother and shares a car with her. At first I felt like Maybe I could help him find a job or help him become self sufficient, but it seems like he really has no ambition. My Ex-Boyfriend was a serious Go-Getter, When it came to work, he was smart like noone I’ve ever seen. He shot Threw the Ranks at AT&T from Sales guy to District manager in under 3 years. My Ex also had a internet Business, building websites for small businesses that he did on the side outside of his work with AT&T. A lot of times I would go to his office at AT&T and he would be there at his office working on something completely unrelated with AT&T. It used to drive me crazy, it seemed like he was so driven by money that In my mind I felt like it would be the end of him someday. My father really liked how he was constantly in the mix of things, even when he was not at work, he was always working, I hated it, but wish my new boyfriend had 1/4th of the drive he had.
Also, i work out a lot. A few hours per day. My new boyfriend often tells me I need to take a shower, or that I’m too sweaty. When I give him a kiss after seeing him, maybe after leaving the Gym. He will push me away and say " Gosh your Wet". When I was with my ex, he never said anything like that… ( Maybe he was just nasty) But my ex used to do things like Pop up on me at the gym, and he would whisper in my ear things like, " I like it when you’re all sweaty" or " i want some of this sweaty….." At the time I thought it was kinda freaky, But now I really miss that so much. About him
Also, another thing that really gets me about my new boyfriend. I realize now that he’s very soft, he has a great body. My Current boyfriend is in good shape don’t get me wrong. But he’s lazy. And if Push came to shove, I don’t know how he would hold up defending me or my kids. My Ex boyfriend was very cut throat, with business, and with a real life threat. He boxed his way threw college and was fearless. My son’s Original father / sperm doner was abusive to us. My son’s used to always say what they loved about my ex-, was that if their father tried to hurt them, he would beat them up! I’m Crying right now as I type this. … One thing i knew when I was with him, was that he would kill someone if they ever put their hands on me or my sons. I dont’ care if the other person had a gun or a knife, my ex wouldn’t be phased. I don’t feel this way with my new boyfriend.
Yesterday while I was out with my Current boyfriend, we went to a small restaurant here in our city. We walk in and sat down, Guess who’s sitting next to us? My Ex and someone else from AT&T. He was finishing a Beer and I feel like he quickly left because either he was uncomfortable, or didn’t want to make me uncomfortable. I didn’t look at him, I pretended not to notice him but my boyfriend said he made eye contact with him and he smiled. I can’t help but wonder whats going on with him? what was he doing there and where was he going? I can’t help but wonder If I made a Mistake.
I want a bottle opener, scissors, a blade, and it needs to be light enough to comfortable in a pocket. Although not needed, a pen, corkscrew or a nail file would be helpful.
Imagine 2 guys….same appearance…..same height…build etc….in a bar…..
1) Guy 1
- Has many friends around him….and they are obviously having a good time….he smiles alot and seems very friendly…..he spots you across the bar…walks up to you…and is nice to you….says you have pretty <insert your best feature>…and talks about how sensitive and romantic he is….basically sympathizes and comforts you….
Guy 2
- Alone at the bar…..smoldering hot look on his eyes….you keep glancing at him… yet he ignore you…..you spot a knife inside his jacket pocket….but he has a swagger and charisma….he treats the waitress with contempt…..finally as he walks by you…you looks you in the eyes…..sits down next to you…and starts to tease you…..but you have to admit he does it in a funny way…and you agree with his criticisms of you…he talks of a hard life…..and has an edgy confident air about him…..
At the end of the night…who would you prefer…..and why…..state your age as well if possible…..

I often carry my knife, but when I do, it’s in my pocket, and I worry about my hand getting snagged. So, where can I keep my knife that will be easy to access?
