I want to buy my boyfriend a pocket knife for Christmas, but I want to get him a really nice one that won’t break easily and looks bad a s s :D :D :D

What is the best cool looking, non-cheap pocket knife under 0? (when i say non-cheap I mean won’t break easily)

thank you :D
Also, I’d like it to be one that is sturdy but easily, comfortably fits in the pocket :)

Take a look at Benchmade’s Blue Class of knives. They run around $150 and are very nice. Spyderco’s are also nice, but it’s hard to beat Benchmade quality.

um check the laws were u live…..like here in SC u can’t carry anything with over a 3 inch blade without a CCW permit……as for cheap go look in the knife case in wal-mart and ur ace hardware store…

it really depends on what hes gonna b using it for……if hes actually gonna use it i wouldn’t spend over 50 bucks max…..anything over 50 bucks i would consider a collector knife only…….unless of course ur talking multi-tool in which case i would go up to 80 as a limit on those……

i personally carry a gerber with me all the time but i also have dozens of knives….the gerber just happens to b the one i like atm…..

I have a gerber knife very similar to what Karle’s link shows only mine does not have a serrated edge. I think it is a sweet knife!

EDIT: Here is what I have:http://www.gerbergear.com/index.php/product/id/135

Anything by SOG, Ka-bar, Cold-steel or Spyderco

    You pay for quality
Either get 10 el cheapo ones or get one good solid one.

About 12 years ago my then new wife bought me this Kershaw knife as Christmas present. I was still an active duty cop then. I used the knife almost daily for everything from trimming a hangnail to cutting a stuck seat belt off an accident victim to cutting the top off a can (could not find can opener) to, well, just about anything I had to cut. Even embarrassed the wife when I used it in a restaurant to cut a tough steak. I still have the knife and still carry it daily.

The picture doesn’t show it, but on the other side of the knife, there is a pocket clip. Makes for very convenient carry.
